Hi! I'm Bernie.
I'm a mental health educator, public health practitioner, and systems-thinker who has spent over a decade working to improve and protect the mental health and well-being of all.
I was on the founding team of Mind Share Partners where I helped build the national movement for workforce mental health. I've consulted world-class employers like Hyatt, PGIM, and OLLY; led national polls now cited by the CDC and Economist; and stewarded high-visibility partnerships with organizations like Pure Leaf, iStock, and Qualtrics to advance workforce well-being.
My work and perspectives have been published Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and more.

I created a virtual community of 600+ employee resource group leaders across 400+ organizations.
